Troubleshooting: Are you having problems?

  1. Error installing GISIZE Web Client:


Resolution: Install WebServer( IIS)

  1. Error starting GISIZE Web Client: 

Resolution: Go to Architecture/Web Client menu and change the default ports. Save and Close. Go back to Nodes Configuration uninstall Gateway and Web Service and install it again. 



  1. Error connecting the bbdd by IP (bbdd.udl file):


Resolution: Go to SQL Server Configuration Manager and enable the “Named Pipes” and “TCP/IP”, then restart the service “SQL Server”.





  1. GISIZE Services have a strange behavior, like Running then Stopping constantly:

Resolution: Stop the service, uninstall then install it again and start it.


  1. GISIZE Backend Web service fails to install it or to start it

    Resolution: Review the Microsoft requirements from ‘GISIZE MAPS/External Files /Microsoft’. Probably you need to reinstall it.
