FAQ000118 - Procedure to request AVEVA Edge 2023 Softkey licenses

With the new version 2023, the possibility of XML licensing by License Manager is enabled, while maintaining the traditional Hardkey / Softkey method.

If you want to request a Softkey license for AVEVA 2023, you must send the following information to the Support team:

End Customer Name
End Customer Customer First Agreement
Hardware Identifier of the equipment to be licensed

With this data we can open a query to the AVEVA Edge Licensing team to provide us with an Activation Code for the Hardware Identifier provided.
